Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds but you will receive store credit for the product amount (this does NOT include the price you paid with shipping.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at harlowfayeboutique@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to return at your own expense and the merchandise has to be returned within the 10 day policy. We will NOT issue store credit after this time period. Please do NOT return items after this time period otherwise you will pay for the cost of shipping back to you. If you don't pay for the cost for shipping we will keep the item. 

Shoes will need to be retuned in their original box and placed inside a shipping box. If any damage to the shoe box occurs the shoes are not eligible for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Within 5 days of receiving your item(s) you will need to email us. Send an email with a picture of the damage to HarlowFayeBoutique@yaho.com. We will not accept any damage claims after 5 days from the date you receive your item(s). We will not guarantee that clothes with not shrink and cannot be liable to things damaged/ruined under your care. Damaged items will need to be returned within our 10 day period if not they will be rejected. 

As stated above you will be responsible for the shipping back to Harlow Faye Boutique and it has to be within the 10 day period. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit or return. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will send the item(s) back to us within the 10 days from the day you received the item and once we receive the item(s) we will issue a store credit to your email address. You will use this code at checkout to deduct your store credit from your total.
